We use the collected information for the following purposes:

Information Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

• When disclosure is required by law
• Sharing with payment processors (such as Stripe) for payment processing
• Sharing with external services necessary for service operation (AWS, Cloudflare R2, etc.)

Information Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of personal information. This includes database access restrictions, encrypted communications, and regular security audits.

Data Retention

We do not set an account or travel-data expiry solely because of inactivity or a lack of response. We confirm immediate cancellation of paid subscriptions before accepting an account deletion request and disabling account access. If cancellation fails, the request is not accepted. After acceptance, a daily process deletes your name, email, profile image, authentication data and integration tokens. We delete plans and attachments with no other accepted members, and your private events. Plans with other accepted members are retained as needed for continued collaboration, with your profile replaced by a deleted-user label. Internal identifiers remain to link shared data and required transaction records. Personal information may remain in shared text and attachments; removal requests can be submitted through our contact channel. After account deletion, accounting records stored in our application database and needed for tax purposes (including transaction dates, amounts, descriptions and payment identifiers) are retained for seven years from March 16 of the year following their creation or receipt, then deleted by a daily process. If the transaction year differs from the year of creation or receipt, the later year is used. Deletion is performed progressively; incomplete work is marked as pending and retried on subsequent days if it fails.
